These individuals always display a servant’s heart. This award is given out to those individuals in your organization who serve to help the overall team. They serve at Super Saturdays, weekly meetings, fill in on conference calls, serve at the front desk, set up audio visual, etc. Whatever is needed they have a heart to serve.
